• You strengthen knowledge transfer within the service organisation and ensure targeted internal communication.

For our shared success story, you bring

• A completed degree or further education in business administration, marketing, service management, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in business development, service management, marketing, or project management
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees and successfully guiding them through change
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with strong implementation skills
• Very good German and good English skills. French skills are an advantage
