- The SCCO, which has around 150 employees, brings together entities responsible for taxing and collecting various taxes. The legal entity of the service has the main mission of providing legal support to the entire service. It also prepares observations within the framework of appeal procedures before the courts. It handles exemption and liability procedures. It drafts bills and regulations relating to cantonal tax legislation.
As a legal officer within the tax service, you handle liability procedures for natural and legal persons, as well as exemption procedures for legal persons. The processing of these files and the drafting of decisions shape your daily work, as do your interactions with taxpayers and the various cantonal tax authorities.
Within the framework of appeal procedures before the Cantonal Court and the Federal Court, you are responsible for drafting observations.
Your expertise also benefits the service staff, whom you support in resolving legal issues raised during the analysis of their files. You also participate in the development and updating of internal and external guidelines on liability and exemption, as well as in internal training.
You hold a master’s degree in law and have a particular interest in taxation. Comfortable with your interlocutors and endowed with analytical and synthetic skills, you know how to make and take responsibility for your decisions.
You have an excellent command of French spelling and language as well as common IT tools.
Autonomous, you stand out for your professional conscientiousness and show initiative within the scope of your assigned responsibilities. Precision and seriousness characterise your work, even during periods of high demand.
Knowledge of German is an asset for this position.
