Welcome on board! For our training centre, we are looking for committed medical instructors from nursing. You will train cabin crew members and pilots in our training rooms and aircraft mock-ups and prepare them practically for medical emergencies.

Tasks

With us, you design training that makes a real difference in an emergency. You work in a motivated team that lives professionalism, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for aviation.

• Conducting licence-relevant medical topics for flying personnel in the care of passengers with health problems
• Conveying medical basic and specialist knowledge in the classroom
• Guiding practical exercises in the medical mock-up to ensure realistic training and targeted preparation for medical emergencies on board
• Contributing to the creation of the course concept for continuous improvement of the lessons

More about us

Requirements

• Completed training in the healthcare sector (certified nurse HF/FH) or an equivalent qualification – supplemented by appropriate professional experience. Nursing diplomas obtained abroad must be recognised by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC).
• A noticeable affinity for aviation and interest in transferring medical knowledge to the aviation context
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as confident use of MS Office
• Experience in adult education is a plus but not a requirement
• High initiative and goal-oriented approach
• Flexibility for evening or weekend assignments
