Premium & Banking Customer Advisor

Work location: Zurich region & remote work, part-time from 80% possible

Are you passionate about excellent service and confident in a demanding customer environment? As a Premium & Banking Customer Advisor, you will personally, professionally and multilingually support our premium and banking customers. With your sensitivity to customer needs, you build trust, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to a first-class customer experience.

YOUR TASKS

• You support our premium and banking customers by phone and in writing in German, French and English and offer them service at the highest level.
• You independently handle demanding customer concerns from inquiry to solution and ensure sustainable customer care.
• You competently advise our customers on our premium products, identify additional needs and create tangible added value through your personal advice.
• You coordinate customer concerns with internal specialist departments and external partners and ensure efficient and professional processing.
• You contribute your ideas to continuously develop service quality, customer satisfaction and customer experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• You communicate confidently and professionally in German, French and English, both orally and in writing; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• You have completed commercial or equivalent training and have experience in personal customer advice or customer service - for example in the financial sector, hospitality, premium retail or a comparable service-oriented environment.
• You are characterised by a strong service and customer orientation as well as a high quality standard.
• You present yourself professionally, empathetically and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
