Polymechanic Prototype Construction

About the job

These are your tasks:

• Turning, milling, eroding and grinding of small series and prototypes
• Manufacturing of gauges and fixtures for production
• Creating programmes on the machine and with CAM
• Planning and providing the tools
• First-piece and quality inspections of the manufactured workpieces

You bring these qualities with you:

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Sound knowledge and experience in turning and milling (3- and 5-axis)
• Knowledge in grinding is an advantage
• Knowledge of Heidenhain and Siemens Shop Turn controls is an advantage
• High quality awareness, great independence and initiative
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
