Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and realisation of investment projects, risk analyses, as well as operational trials or plant optimisations
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of maintenance measures in the assigned area
- Ensuring and reviewing ongoing plant documentation
- Support in plant responsibility, deputising, and duties within the department
- Maintaining specialist responsibility as a "specialist" for assigned subject areas
- You implement the company’s vision and culture and foster the transfer of technical know-how in the mechanical engineering field to the members of the operations management team
Qualifications and experience:
- Completed training as a technician HF specialising in mechanical engineering or as a mechanic/fitter with willingness to further education
- Very good German language skills
- English skills are an advantage
- Solid professional experience in operational engineering, especially in process optimisation, as well as a good technical understanding of machines and plants
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Independent and structured working style
- Solution-oriented thinking, initiative, and resilience complete your profile
Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats from microorganisms to humans and the environment. This area includes five independent business units: Professional Hygiene, Household and Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings, and Material Protection.
Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) provides materials for the production of composites in electronics, aerospace, and other industries. Furthermore, the portfolio includes vitamins and nutrient components, high-performance chemical intermediates, as well as raw materials for a variety of demanding applications.
