Role:
You are a specialist in property management (m/f/d) and are looking for a new challenge? With us, you can expect a varied role in a dynamic environment where you can fully apply and further develop your expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Independent management of a property portfolio
- Support and advice for tenants and owners
- Conducting lease negotiations and drafting lease agreements
- Inspection and handover of rental properties
- Coordination of maintenance and renovation measures
- Preparation of service charge statements and budgets
- Market observation and analysis to optimise letting
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training and further education as a property manager
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with common property management software
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Teamwork skills and high resilience
- Driving licence category B
