As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.
This is what you can achieve:
Function as the central contact person for safety and health issues – in exchange with internal departments and external partners
Responsible for the implementation of the EKAS Guideline 6508
Advising managers and employees on all questions regarding occupational safety and health protection – your expertise is valued and used purposefully
Planning, coordinating, and implementing all health and safety-related activities – reliably and proactively
Analysis of accident statistics, identification of causes, and development of targeted prevention measures – to actively promote the safety culture in the company
Organization, support, and execution of internal audits as well as inspections on occupational safety-related topics – with derivation of concrete improvements
Creation of well-founded risk analyses for workplaces, equipment, and hazardous substances – taking into account current legal requirements
Continuous development of the safety standard through effective measures management with a focus on prevention
Careful and systematic maintenance of safety-relevant documentation – because order is a contribution to safety for you
Ensuring the storage conditions of hazardous substances
Leadership of the Occupational Health Management team
This is what you bring:
- Completed vocational training in an industrial environment as well as further training in occupational safety and health protection (ASGS)
- Professional examination Specialist ASGS with federal certificate or further training as EKAS safety engineer
- Several years of professional experience as a safety officer (SiBe)
- Independent, responsible, and proactive working style as well as lived safety culture
- Leadership qualities and leadership experience
- Independent, precise working style with a quick grasp
- Strengths in structured process review, safety-conscious thinking, and team-oriented collaboration with various interfaces
- Fluent German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office
