Key Responsibilities (for future CSO roles):
- Receive, prepare, and process client instructions in line with internal procedures (authorizations, forms, signatures, transmission to relevant departments).
- Manage investment instructions and corporate action events.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files.
- Follow up on pending issues and escalate as needed.
- Serve as a contact for internal departments and as an alternative contact for clients.
- Conduct research and prepare documentation as requested.
- Support the Client Relationship Officer (CRO) in delegated tasks.
- Monitor credit, operations, and risk according to established procedures.
- Comply with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (Cross Border, AML, Clear Desk Policy, Absence Management).
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within private banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of private banking processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
- Excellent proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficient in standard IT systems; adaptable to new software.
- Service-oriented, client-focused mindset; strong team player.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
