About the job

• You lead the area of production planning and goods disposition, ensuring excellent delivery readiness and efficiently minimising surpluses.
• You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of 10 employees and ensure their development through target agreements and employee discussions.
• You are responsible for raw material and packaging stocks for the entire Ostermundigen site, including external warehouses.
• You are actively involved in projects concerning new introductions, relaunches, or product transfers.
• You act as a contact person for internal and cross-site topics in the area of planning and procurement.

• You have a completed degree (FH/HF/Uni) in food technology, business administration (focus on supply chain / logistics), or industrial engineering.
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, disposition/material management, or supply chain management.
• You have pronounced leadership experience of medium-sized teams.
• Ideally, you have experience in the manufacturing food industry or a comparable environment.
• You are familiar with industry-specific requirements (HACCP, traceability, etc.) and are comfortable working with ERP systems as well as the M365 environment.
• You bring negotiation-level German and fluent English skills.
