Park Plus the plus of more quality and service. We are a young, dynamic company based in Schaffhausen, specialising in the management and maintenance of car parks and parking lots. Our claim is quality, reliability and personal service. We are looking immediately or by arrangement, but no later than 01.02.2027, for a caretaker / maintenance specialist in car park management for the SH region.

Your tasks:

• Operational management and supervision of several car parks and parking lots
• Assistance, planning and coordination of maintenance and inspection work
• Day-to-day business including cleaning work in the car parks
• Troubleshooting of parking ticket machines and barriers
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Visual inspections and identification of damage, dirt or defects
• Contact person for customer concerns and support with problems on site
• Willingness for on-call and weekend duties (in shift work)

What you bring:

• You have completed a manual or technical training, e.g. as a caretaker, maintenance specialist or have several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Administrative tasks are easy for you
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are essential
• Independent, reliable and flexible working style is natural for you
• Experience with parking ticket machines (Skidata) is an advantage
• Experience in cleaning car parks, underground garages or large commercial properties
• Operation of cleaning machines (e.g. ride-on scrubber-driers, high-pressure cleaners etc.)
• Driving licence category B (category BE is an advantage)
• Training as a sprinkler technician is an advantage
• Residence in Schaffhausen or nearby area up to max. 10 km distance
