With us, you are part of a young and creative team working for many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Zurich metropolitan area. We take care of IT operations, provide innovative services via the cloud, and help our customers with digitalization. We work on many other projects around web, digitalization, and cloud. At our central location in the Office LAB in Spreitenbach, each team member has a personal workspace with the latest equipment. Your tasks as a Junior IT System Engineer

You work for many of our customers and independently take on varied customer orders and tasks. You install and support hardware and software at our customers' sites or via remote access. You provide cloud services, handle user mutations, offer hardware and software, plan tickets and changes. In the process, you level up your skills until you can work independently as an IT System Engineer and take on your own projects. With your care and commitment, you inspire our customers so that they feel well taken care of and advised. During your time as a Junior IT System Engineer, you develop into a project manager, enabling you to implement your own projects and take on leadership roles.

What you bring

• You have a basic IT education or comparable, several years of practical experience.
• You are a communicative and reliable personality with high commitment.
• You have experience with Windows Client and Server, Microsoft 365, firewall, and network.
• You speak perfect German and can converse well in English.
• You have a category B driving license and preferably drive safely.
