- The SAHA's mission is to enable the inclusion of people living with disabilities (PLWD) within society and to promote their autonomy and self-determination. It guarantees the management of a system of accommodation services, day activities, and outpatient support for people living with disabilities, in situations of addiction or severe social precariousness. It ensures the financing and quality of these services. It ensures proper orientation within this system to best meet the needs and aspirations of the people concerned.
As part of your duties, you participate in the implementation of the cantonal policy for the support and accommodation of PLWD, ensuring the protection of beneficiaries.
In this capacity, you ensure respect for their rights, their safety, and their self-determination.
You organize and conduct visits, announced or unannounced, to verify that the services provided meet quality and inclusion objectives.
Based on your findings and reports, you define the expected corrective measures and ensure their follow-up.
Furthermore, you implement and guarantee coercive measures within social institutions. You also carry out analyses related to operating authorizations and the recognition of institutions and organizations.
In connection with the relevant partners, you ensure active monitoring and regular reporting. Finally, you work closely with the team and demonstrate versatility in your activities.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in social work (or an equivalent qualification) as well as training in institutional management or quality processes, you have 5 years of experience in the institutional social field and 3 years in a team management position.
Very good knowledge of the disability field as well as proven interpersonal skills complete your profile. You know how to work independently and demonstrate great integrity.
You have a driving license.
