WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAMME IS ABOUT
Our programme offers high-quality training in leadership, management and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Typically, you will work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.
- Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical knowledge, case and role plays, group work, team building and plenary discussions
- Between modules, you will be coached and trained on the job by an assigned Store Manager mentor
- After completing the modules, a celebration will be held to mark the end of the programme
The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee programme is to prepare you to lead your own store in the near future.

- Commitment to your own and your colleagues’ development
- You communicate in a motivating and inclusive manner and are able to create a positive working atmosphere
- Ideally, you already have experience in leading, motivating and developing a team
