Your tasks
- You will learn all fundamental activities in the areas of inspection, maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure facilities
- You will maintain and clean the buildings, the operational area as well as the green spaces in collaboration with the Technical Services team
- As a technical all-rounder, you will provide comprehensive services for our residents, employees and guests
- You will become familiar with the interfaces to the various service areas
- You will gain insight into other areas of our versatile operation
- You will deepen your practical, technical skills and work increasingly independently
Your profile
- Completed compulsory schooling (secondary, intermediate or district school)
- Willingness to work irregular hours
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and resilience
- Manual dexterity and practical aptitude
- Neat appearance
- High respect for elderly, care- and support-dependent people
