Wealth Consultant

For our Bank, we are looking for a motivated collaborator to strengthen our Savosa team.

• Analyze customer needs and identify potential while actively assisting them
• Possess technical skills in financial consulting, retirement, and succession
• Develop solutions tailored to needs within the specific segment's service and product offerings (including basic solutions and insurance).
• Support and provide comprehensive financial advice to clients ("financial coach")
• Promote internal and external brokerage activities

• Commercial employee diploma, preferably in banking and professional maturity or equivalent qualification
• Good digital skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Fluency in national languages
• Experience in the sector, SAQ certification "Certified Wealth Management Advisor" and residence in the Lugano area will be considered preferential criteria
