Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP, PsyKP 50-100% Day Shift

Your Tasks

You have good knowledge in the application of RAI-LTCF
Ensuring the nursing process
You ensure the provision of high-quality and quantitatively excellent care for our residents in the living areas
You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
You promote the autonomy of our residents
Ensure the flow of information with external partners (doctors, health insurance companies)
You recognize and manage emergency situations

What You Bring

Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF, FH, DNI/II, Certified Nurse AKP, PsyKP
You are independent, competent, and enjoy working in a team
You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
Good oral and written German skills
Further training in RAI-LTCF is an advantage
Knowledge of topics such as palliative care and dementia
