Team Leader Sterile Filling (Filling Line II)

You have the personnel and technical responsibility for a team of 8 employees and are responsible for the qualitative, quantitative, and timely fulfillment of the production order in aseptic filling.

Your tasks essentially include:

• Leading a team and coordinating activities and tasks
• Training and developing employees
• Setting clear goals, promoting collaboration, and creating a responsible working environment
• Active participation in the process in a production zone and providing technical support
  • Operating the equipment
  • Format changes
  • Performing measurements
  • Cleaning and disinfecting cleanrooms
  • Documenting the performed work
  • Compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and GMP guidelines
• Close cooperation with other team leaders of aseptic filling and the team leader of equipment preparation

Qualifications & Professional Experience

• Open, flexible personality who understands how to motivate others
• Completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical, or technical field
• Experience in personnel management and in the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Reliable working style and strong quality awareness
• Leadership qualities and assertiveness
• Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Good oral and written German skills as well as preferably English skills
