The role
We are looking for a senior, autonomous, and reliable person capable of managing fiduciary mandates with a comprehensive approach: technical quality, customer focus, and a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a portfolio of mandates (SMEs and startups), with high-quality standards
- Accounting and periodic closings with clear, decision-oriented reporting
- Preparation of annual financial statements and support in audit/control activities (if applicable)
- Preparation and management of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Consulting Swiss and international clients, with the ability to structure pragmatic solutions
- Active collaboration in developing processes, digital tools, and intelligent use of AI
- Growth opportunities towards leadership roles (Team Lead / Partner track) for interested profiles
The profile we envision
- Proven experience in fiduciary/accounting fields, ideally with autonomous mandate management
- Federal Professional Certificate in Fiduciary or Finance and Accounting (or equivalent path)
- Trusted advisor mindset: precision, confidentiality, reliability, customer orientation
- Ability to work independently but also to lead and raise standards and methods within the team
- Native Italian speaker; good professional English (German or French = plus)
- Genuine interest in digitalization and AI applied to professional processes (concrete value, not buzzwords)
