The Swiss Air-Rescue Rega provides professional, medical assistance from the air around the clock to patients in Switzerland and worldwide. It is a non-profit and private foundation supported by more than 3.7 million patrons.

Operations Manager Jet (80-100%)

These activities will inspire you

• Receiving alarm calls and requests for transports of ill or injured patients abroad
• Case coordination for the organisation and management of repatriations from abroad (Rega Jet, Air Ambulance charter flights, scheduled flights or ambulance/helicopter repatriations)
• Communication with various stakeholders (patients, relatives, clients, ambulances, hospitals, travel agencies) in several languages
• Ensuring the cost bearer and informing the relevant patient insurances

This is what sets you apart

• Completed vocational training or a higher school qualification
• Ideally already experience in the travel industry (aviation, tourism, or similar)
• Comprehensive general education and additional knowledge in geography and medicine
• Fluent language skills in German, French, English as well as Italian or Spanish are mandatory
• Resilient, decisive and team-oriented personality who maintains an overview and the necessary flexibility for unforeseen events even in hectic situations
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts (including night and weekend duties)
