Our Fribourg store is looking for a Deputy Manager Editorial Products Department - Position to be filled immediately
Your mission:
- Support the Department Manager in optimizing the profitability of the department (margins, stocks, depreciation, inventory) and contribute to the monitoring and realization of the budget by the teams;
- Develop the department's sales and promote all products and services offered by the Fnac brand;
- Be a source of proposals and improvements on the department's procedures and ensure their proper understanding and application;
- Ensure, with the Department Manager, close management with the PE team: organization of the team, briefing, daily support by sharing knowledge, participation in monitoring the team's activity as well as the defined action plans;
- Ensure the organization and maintenance of the department: restocking, merchandising, control and updating of prices;
- Participate in defining and ensuring the realization and effectiveness of the department's commercial action plans.

- You have a successful experience of more than two years in a similar position and possess real managerial qualities;
- You are passionate about the world of Books, Music, Film, and Gaming;

- You have a sense of organization and enjoy working with objectives to improve the team's performance.
