Your Tasks
- Independently handling all administrative tasks and correspondence related to hiring, departures and transfers, salary and employment level changes as well as life events, including maternity and unpaid leave
- Creating qualified work references and employment certificates in the reference tool with information from the personnel information system (SAP-HR / SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors) and in collaboration with line managers
- Recording and maintaining employees’ master and transaction data and managing personnel files
- Advising and supporting line managers, employees and colleagues on HR-related questions
- Actively participating in HR projects, especially in the further development and digitalisation of our personnel processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or A-levels and completed or ongoing training at HR specialist level
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in personnel administration or a similar function
- Sound knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Advantageous: experience with the introduction or migration of SAP SuccessFactors
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and a strong affinity for digital developments
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- You are a hands-on personality, work independently, precisely and punctually, and convince through a strong service orientation
- Your high level of personal responsibility, discretion and good social skills complete your profile
