Your tasks
- Supporting and accompanying private customers, administrations and business partners from enquiry to successful project handover
- Creating, checking and invoicing service bills ensuring correct billing
- Handling customer complaints as well as executing and following up on warranty orders
- Preparing quotations, scheduling materials and checking reports and measurements
- Organising and scheduling service deployments as well as planning optimal personnel deployment in daily business
- Supporting and representing the head of bathroom renovations in consultation meetings, planning tasks and coordinating execution work
Your profile
- Training as a certified sanitary installer or heating installer
- Further training as chief foreman, building services project manager with federal diploma or technician HF (completed, in training or willingness to do so)
- Driving licence category B
- Customer-friendly, responsible and quality-conscious as well as independent personality with organisational talent
- Good comprehension, systematic and efficient working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- German: confident in style
