About the job
The mission of this position is to support the administration coordinator in monitoring and further developing processes in the areas of finance, quality, and infrastructure.
You play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of internal activities while also maintaining connections with our various partners.
Tasks and Areas of Responsibility
- Participation in the implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes according to the ISO 9001 standard
- Preparation and analysis of statistics and financial evaluations
- Participation in the planning and follow-up of internal and external quality audits
- Support in implementing recommendations from external financial audits
- Preparation, control, and tracking of accounting documents and invoice orders
- Participation in monthly budget monitoring and ensuring the correct and timely execution of all financial and administrative tasks
- Collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure smooth processes
- Participation in infrastructure management
- Close cooperation with the various departments of HSW-FR
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent training
- Practical experience in a similar role (advantageous)
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style with a strong sense of collaboration
- Initiative, independence, and high organizational skills
- Proficiency in common MS Office and IT tools
- Proficiency in German or French (written and spoken), with excellent knowledge of the other official language
Additional Information
Contract duration: fixed-term for 12 months
Employment rate: 80% to 100%
