For this reason, we are looking for a committed person as an HR Business Partner 80% (all genders) at the METTLER TOLEDO site in Urdorf. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Supporting employees and leaders in all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Close collaboration with hiring managers and talent acquisition in filling key positions. Ensuring smooth HR process operations in cooperation with HR SD and our HR CoEs. Organisational and team development in close collaboration with the leadership team as well as active implementation of change projects. Talent management, employee engagement. Management of reception, cafeteria, and an HR professional. Participation in cross-departmental local HR topics as well as in the global HR transformation.
