Clerk Sales Internal Service (m/f/d) I 80-100%

This is what awaits you with us:

• Proactive support of international customers

• Preparation of quotations and order confirmations

• Monitoring customer orders for on-time deliveries

• Preparing delivery documents for domestic and export shipments

• Invoice creation and data maintenance in CRM

• Interface between sales, production planning, shipping and accounting

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) and further training in the export sector

• Experience in internal sales and export

• Confident German and English skills, spoken and written

• Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge

• Interest in technology in the watch and medical sector

• Independent, structured and clean working style

• Outgoing, conscientious, a team player and resilient

And if you also have this, it’s a plus:

• SAP experience

• Language talent :-)
