Your main tasks:

Diagnosis & Technology: You create precise diagnoses, handle technical inquiries, and independently solve complex technical problems.

Workshop Practice: You carry out general repair and service work professionally and reliably.

Interface & Support: You support customer service with technical concerns and, if necessary, are in direct contact with customers.

Junior Staff Development: You actively participate in the training and promotion of our apprentices.

Optional: If interested, you additionally support our team in breakdown service.

You bring with you:

Training: A successfully completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist.

Further Education: You have already completed further training as an automotive diagnostician or have a clear willingness to undertake this course.

Working Method: You are characterised by an independent, reliable, and precisely structured way of working.

Personality: You are resilient, a team player, and have the desire to continuously develop both professionally and personally.
