About the job

Artists work in the kitchen! They conjure up healthy and delicious food daily. You will learn the tricks of skilful preparation. Whether meat, fish, vegetables, salads, sweets or baked goods. You will become a professional in food preparation!

Activities

• Cooking, preparing and presenting dishes
• You will learn everything here: from the staff restaurant, to festive occasions and event catering.
• Cleaning, tidying and hygiene are highly emphasised

Requirements

• Your motivation
• Enjoyment in handling food and cooking
• Skilful hands
• Good sense of smell and taste
• Awareness of hygiene and sense of order

Training

• Chef EFZ • 3 years
• Kitchen assistant EBA • 2 years
