This role combines information and AI architecture to create a future-proof foundation for data and intelligent systems. We are looking for an experienced individual who confidently connects strategy and implementation.

Your tasks

• Definition and establishment of frameworks for data management as well as policies for data retention to ensure compliance with regulations, quality, and long-term usability of our information resources
• Design and further development of our data and AI architecture in line with business priorities and overall strategy
• Leading the implementation of infrastructure for company-wide AI initiatives, including functions in machine learning and LLMOps
• Close collaboration with platform and software teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability
• Leading the data science team to develop and productively implement diverse AI use cases.
• Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Building an intermediate layer to abstract complexity and enable consistent data usage

What you bring

• Extensive experience in data engineering and AI solution architecture
• Expertise in designing and developing complex AI solutions (MLOps, streaming, APIs, orchestration)
• Excellent practical skills in Python, SQL and other languages, as well as in modern data and AI toolchains
• Solid knowledge in data governance and responsible AI; ideally experience in a highly regulated environment (security, data protection, compliance)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – convincing to executives and developer teams
• Ability to translate complexity into clear architectural decisions and actionable plans
