We are looking immediately or by arrangement for committed individuals for the employee pool in the nursing sector.

Nursing Staff for the Employee Pool (m/f/d)

• Implementation of individual nursing and care measures
• Consideration of applicable nursing processes in daily work
• Support of existing nursing teams during individual shifts
• Flexible deployment in the float pool during staff shortages
• Ensuring care quality during holidays and absences
• Assuming shift responsibility after appropriate induction
• Collaboration with established teams in daily nursing work

• Completed SRK-recognised nursing qualification (HF/FH, EFZ or assistant)
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Strong team and cooperation skills
• High quality awareness in nursing work
• Great flexibility for changing assignments
• Willingness for short-term float assignments
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Responsible handling of nursing processes
