We are looking for a Head of Finance & Accounting 100% who is responsible for and further develops reporting, accounting, compliance and finance processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take overall responsibility for accounting and finance reporting and ensure that reliable actual figures, transparent analyses and timely consolidated financial statements are always available as a reliable basis for decision-making
• Together with your team, you further develop the finance organisation, harmonise processes and systems and consistently drive automation, digitalisation and efficient working methods across various companies
• As a sparring partner for management, business finance and other stakeholders, you combine financial governance with entrepreneurial thinking, create transparency and support effective financial control
• With clear leadership, you develop employees and future leaders, set strategic goals for your area and promote a culture in which collaboration, responsibility and continuous improvement are lived

You offer your new employer:

• You have a degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification; experienced finance professionals with practical further training and a convincing track record are also welcome
• Further training such as certified expert in accounting & controlling, CPA, ACCA, CFA or a comparable qualification is an advantage and supports you in demanding accounting, reporting and governance topics
• You bring several years of experience in accounting, reporting and compliance as well as initial to solid leadership experience; you are familiar with digital finance tools, ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Power BI and modern project methods
• You communicate clearly, think pragmatically and business-oriented, enjoy working with different stakeholders and take pleasure in initiating change, taking responsibility and involving people
