Your Tasks
- Professional, medical and personnel leadership together with a specialist psychologist of the interdisciplinary team
- Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
- Monitoring of departmental objectives
- Participation in on-call and consultation services
- Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist centres
- Conducting expert reports on various issues if interested
- Integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic work including case management for selected patients and group therapy as well as ensuring medical-psychiatric treatment quality for all patients
Your Profile
- Specialist in Psychiatry
- Organisational talent, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong team orientation and desire to actively engage with one’s own leadership role
- Enjoyment of responsibility and development of one’s own department
- Confident in German, both spoken and written
