Automation Technician – PLC Programmer with Degree
Activities
- Overall responsibility for planning and implementation in the electrical field
- Electrical design as well as software programming of machines with CNC controls (Siemens / Fanuc)
- Close collaboration with the development team
- Monitoring of electrical installations
- Independent commissioning of machines in-house as well as on-site at customers
- Support of projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from development to acceptance and service
Requirements
- Completed degree (FH/ETH/University) in electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering
- Solid knowledge in control and electrical engineering, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Experience in project management with a structured and practical working style
- Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal and/or Fanuc Ladder III
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and fluid technology is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
- High self-motivation, independence, and interconnected thinking
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%) for commissioning
