Your tasks

Performing minor repairs and quick services directly on site
Expert advice in sales as well as providing after-sales service
Independent management and tracking of repair orders
Inspection, adjustment, and fine-tuning of sold watches
Taking on administrative tasks, such as preparing offers and handling customer inquiries
Direct contact and personal care of our demanding international clientele

Your skills

Completed training as a Service Watchmaker, ideally complemented by professional experience in a retail store
High customer and service orientation with enjoyment of direct customer contact
Strong social skills, teamwork, and flexibility
Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
Native German speaker with very good knowledge of Italian; additional languages are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office applications
