What you can achieve
- Receiving and clarifying customer demand reports
- Checking and consolidating requirements, of deliverables (completeness, cost-effectiveness, feasibility, etc.) as well as developing requirement profiles
- Commissioning purchasing with the tendering and obtaining of offers
- Conducting interviews
- Preparing offers (including participation in possible WTO tenders), triggering orders, monitoring deadlines, processing customer orders and order confirmations
- Optimising and further developing existing supplier relationships in personnel leasing
- Regularly exchanging with customers and other stakeholders of various ICT projects
- Reporting progress levels of individual orders as well as measuring delivery results
- Organising periodic supplier audits
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or IT-specific training (KV, HF, FH or university)
- Further training in sales, project management and/or IT is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss ICT landscape
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Independent, structured and proactive working style with a high level of commitment
- Communicative and assertive, engaging personality with a good sense of people and confident appearance
- Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (Level B2) are an advantage
- Military career as an officer is an advantage
