These are your tasks
- Care and support of mixed-age groups of children (0 - 9 years)
- Supervision of apprentices
- Customer-oriented, open and trusting collaboration with parents
- Planning and implementation of a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child
- Completed basic training as a qualified childcare specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator, or similar pedagogical training
- Professional and training experience with pronounced self-, professional and social competence
- Joy and patience in dealing with children
- Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility
- You like to contribute new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as
singing, dancing, storytelling…
- A motivated team with an open informal culture
- A creative working environment with scope for design
