Type of Work

• Independent management of an attractive property portfolio of rental properties (residential and commercial units)
• Initial rental properties
• All activities from termination to re-rental
• Conducting viewings
• Acceptance and handover of properties
• Accompanying renovations and supporting projects
• Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers
• Processing rental contract changes and rent adjustments
• Professional supervision of a clerk

Requirements Profile

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in the real estate sector (Property Manager with federal diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Service- and customer-oriented personality
• Confident and professional demeanour
• Pleasant manners and team player
