Do you have the following background?
You are an uncomplicated, service-oriented personality aged 35 or older with a high degree of independence and initiative. You also have your time management under control and look forward to a challenging and varied task?
For this hub of numerous concerns and tasks, you bring the following qualifications:
- Commercial basic and/or further education
- Several years of experience (preferably in the refrigeration technology sector) in internal sales
- Experience in project management is desirable
- A passion for technical products
- Positive attitude with assertiveness
- Fluent German and good French skills are mandatory
- Enjoyment of telephone and personal customer contact with negotiation skills
- Team-oriented, responsible, and precise working style
- Structured, forward-thinking working style with high resilience (ability to handle work pressure) and decisiveness
- Ability to work with scope for action
- Numerical flair (calculations)

What a working day with us includes for you
- Full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of retail construction projects from A to Z in internal sales
- 100% customer responsibility in internal sales (hub)
- Very close cooperation with the respective head (field sales customer manager)
- Preparation of project calculations
- Professional customer advice in German and French (written + telephone)
- Receiving and processing incoming orders
- Preparation and analysis of data
- Filling out tender documents
- Timely invoicing to customers
- Deputy tasks (holiday cover)
- Recording and managing customer master data
- Creating, "monitoring" and tracking orders
- Cross-departmental monitoring of subprocesses
- Maintaining and intensifying customer relationships
