Head of Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a team of around 5 employees in internal sales
- Ensuring efficient, smooth processes in daily operations as well as continuous optimization of processes
- Acting as a central interface between branches, internal departments, installers, and home consultants
- Responsibility for demand-oriented deployment and resource planning
- Ensuring timely and efficient scheduling
- Participation in project business and support of sales management
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by relevant further education
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
- Leadership experience is mandatory
- Experienced in internal sales or a comparable function
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Very good IT skills
- Additional foreign languages are an advantage
