• Support and expansion of customer relationships in the fields of technology, industry and logistics
• Recruitment and placement of qualified specialists
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate profiles
• Active acquisition of new customers as well as expansion of existing partnerships
• Creation and placement of job advertisements
• Accompanying the entire placement process from recruitment to successful job placement
• Maintenance and expansion of the candidate network

Requirements Profile

• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service or a comparable function is an advantage
• Alternatively, strong interest in entering personnel consulting
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and building long-term relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High service and quality orientation
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• Good IT skills
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• English is an advantage, French a great plus
