Job Description
To strengthen the current team, we are looking for a case manager for a fixed-term contract.
Attached to the Sanction in Open Environment (SMO) sector of the Sentence Enforcement Office (OEP), you will apply your administrative skills, rigour and analytical ability to a mission of public interest.
As a case manager, you ensure the opening and administrative follow-up of files related to the enforcement of criminal sentences. You analyse situations, ensure compliance with procedures and applicable legal provisions.
You thus contribute to the smooth execution of sanctions in a demanding environment where rigour, autonomy and a sense of responsibility are essential.

Responsibilities
Analyse and manage files during the implementation of criminal sentences by determining deadlines, statutes of limitations and execution modalities.
Draft administrative acts related to the files of convicted persons;
Manage data related to files received by the sector, update and verify information in databases.
Ensure the follow-up of financial sanctions, including collection and redistribution of amounts to the competent authorities.
Manage statistics and collaborate in archiving files.
Respond to calls from convicted persons as well as internal and external partners arriving on the sector's central telephone line or direct the call to the appropriate contact.
Fixed-term contract until 31.03.2027.

Qualifications
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
Professional experience relevant to the position, preferably within the judicial order
A strong interest in compliance with standards and procedures
Knowledge of the penal system and sanction law related to the sector's mission and the main applicable legal bases
Proficiency in French with good writing skills and excellent spelling
Knowledge of a second national language and one or more foreign languages is an asset
Comfortable with common IT tools and office software; knowledge of the Papillon application would be an asset.
Good prioritisation and stress management, team spirit, good emotional control and necessary detachment related to the role
Our employment conditions require that you are Swiss or hold a C permit, free of debt enforcement orders (an extract from the Debt Collection Office must be presented during the process) and have a clean criminal record. There is a right to consult the criminal record under the Federal Law on the Criminal Record by the hiring authority for this position.
