What you will do here

Coordinate and perform administrative tasks in the field of agronomy
Support the BSc Agronomy program management and independently manage administration in defined areas
Create and manage individual performance agreements
Check recorded hours in SAP and conduct individual training sessions
Organize and take minutes of meetings
Monitor appointments and adherence to deadlines according to the HAFL annual plan and in general

What you ideally bring with you

Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience
Experience in administration and project work
Organizational skills and an independent and precise way of working
Flexibility and openness regarding the diversity of tasks
Very good German/French/English skills; French native speaker preferred
