"Zäme witercho" - At the Schlossmatt Centre, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care centre specialises in the complex care of people with multiple impairments, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day centre, a nursery, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Process responsibility for RAI recording
- Responsibility for updating the IT work tool RAI-LTCF 2025
- Responsibility for the introduction and implementation of innovations and adjustments to the RAI system
- Conducting internal RAI training sessions
- Conducting coordinator and supervisor meetings
- Checking the correct implementation of the RAI-LTCF process and the RAI concept in practice
- Responsibility for the periodic review of the control security of the RAI supervisors
- Active support of supervisors in the departments
- Contact person for queries from health insurance companies
- Willingness to provide coordinator training
- Taking on on-call duty (approx. 6 times a year)
You bring with you
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- RAI-LTCF expert qualification desired
- SVEB course and licensee for LTCF coordinator training advantageous
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Experience as RAI responsible person
- Experience in adult education
- Sense of responsibility and high self-competence
