Your tasks:

Coordination and active participation in daily operational business
Handling goods receipts, order picking and shipping including route planning
Management of warehouse and replenishment
You maintain direct contact with partners and major customers and coordinate deliveries in close collaboration with purchasing, sales and external transport service providers.
Transport management and management of 6 vehicles
Professional and personnel leadership of the department (14 employees)
Trainer for apprentices in the logistics profession EFZ
Participation in logistics projects and process optimisations
Contact person for user issues in the ERP GUS (Deputy Key User Logistics)

Your profile:

Completed apprenticeship as a logistics specialist EFZ, and further training as a logistics expert
Experience in the food sector is a plus
Good IT skills, especially in MS Office
Analytical skills, good process understanding
Good flair in dealing with employees
Ability to keep an overview and remain calm even in hectic situations
Open, solution-oriented and strong in collaboration – with a healthy dose of humour and enjoyment in contact with internal and external partners
Robust physical health (cold resistance at approx. 3 degrees room temperature)
Willingness to work day, evening and Saturday shifts
