We are looking for a Head of Finance 100% who leads the accounting team, is responsible for financial statements and further develops financial processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take over the professional and personnel management of a committed finance team, promote the individual development of your employees and ensure motivating collaboration
• With your expertise, you are responsible for financial accounting including the general ledger as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and competently accompany the external audit
• You keep an eye on liquidity planning, prepare meaningful financial reports and ensure the correct handling of asset accounting and VAT returns
• As a driving force, you optimise existing financial processes, contribute your ideas to cross-departmental projects and support the digitalisation of accounting as an SAP Key User

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education with a focus on finance and accounting or bring comparable skills thanks to many years of professional experience in financial accounting
• A further qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification in the finance sector is an advantage
• You have sound knowledge of accounting according to OR, the general ledger and financial statements, ideally complemented by experience with SAP, SAP FI, Excel or comparable ERP systems
• With your open and straightforward manner, you inspire your team, communicate on equal terms and keep a cool head and the necessary humour even in hectic closing phases
