Your future area of responsibility:

• You are the headhunter who identifies and places the most sought-after talents for temporary and permanent positions in industry/engineering
• With your charm and empathy, you conduct interviews with applicants, create dossiers, perform pre-selection, and present the TOP SHOTS of the sector to our clients
• You are not just a consultant but a true coach for our client and candidate base, supporting them with advice and assistance
• Additionally, you hunt for new clients and maintain your existing business relationships

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in recruitment consulting or related fields is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the labour market and an extensive network in the industry
• You have excellent German language skills and are well versed in the common MS Office suite
• Your confident demeanour and positive attitude build trust faster than a tower of building blocks collapses
• Organisation is your middle name, and you act as service-oriented as a 5-star hotel
