Your Tasks
In this versatile and responsible position, you will take over the management of the Payroll and Time Management areas for around 2,200 employees on the two ERP systems of Spitex Bern and Domicil Bern. Together with your six-member team, you will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including all year-end processes. You will lead your team both professionally and personally, develop it purposefully, and play a central role in the establishment and expansion of our HR service center as well as in the optimization of HR processes. In addition to managing time tracking (RTM), you will work operationally in Payroll and drive the further development of our digital tools forward. Furthermore, you will promote collaboration with our decentralized HR administration offices at the locations and sustainably improve the interfaces. Working on overarching HR projects rounds off this exciting position.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with further education in Payroll or Social Insurance
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills and IT knowledge in dealing with numbers, data, and the associated tools
- Enjoyment of operational work in Payroll and Time Management
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Reliability and precise working method
- Knowledge of the payroll software ABACUS and the time tracking software RTM is an advantage
