It offers its own jobs and training places in various professional fields as well as residential places and provides support in the primary labour market. The foundation employs over 1000 people at several locations in the canton of Schwyz.

You can achieve this
- Collaboration, participation and active support in our nature and garden offerings.
- Care and maintenance of garden, nature and outdoor areas.
- Guiding and supporting people with support needs in their daily work.
- Organisation and provision of materials.
- Co-responsibility for the care of animals as well as weekend duties according to planning (approx. every 8 weeks).
You bring with you
- Enjoyment of practical work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Independent, resilient and proactive personality with high social competence.
- Practical experience in gardening, nature or landscaping as well as in handling animals.
- Driving licence category B and solid PC skills.
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ or in another craft/nature-related profession.
- First experience working with people with support needs is an advantage.
