What to expect:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the 8-member Trust Medical Service team
• Ensuring medical performance assessment (according to legal requirements) including target achievement
• Optimisation of processes with service providers as well as internal departments
• Maintenance of internal and external interfaces and co-responsibility in projects
• Process creation, monitoring and optimisation within the team

• Paramedical or nursing basic training with business management further education
• Experience in the benefits area of a health insurance company is an advantage
• High leadership and social competence
• Proactive and optimistic approach
• Very good MS Office skills
