About the job
As an Asset Management Surveillance Specialist, you apply your expertise to prudential supervision and contribute to investor protection. A varied and stimulating role awaits you.
- Contribute to the establishment of sectoral supervision of Asset Management
- Ensure risk- and data-based supervision of investment products
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert during on-site inspections in the field of investment funds
- Coordinate Asset Management supervision topics within FINMA
- Analyse regulatory and economic developments in Asset Management at national and international levels, and assess the need for action
- University degree in economics, finance or a related field, ideally complemented by further training in investment funds or auditing
- At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the field of investment funds
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to assert your positions
- Communicative, proactive and autonomous personality with a strong spirit of collaboration and coordination
- Comfortable using data and data-driven models
- Excellent command of French or German (C2), good knowledge of the other language as well as good knowledge of English (B2)
